VALIDATION OF TLC DENSITOMETRIC METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS ANALYSIS OF L-LEUCINE AND L-VALINE IN ADDITIVES

摘要
TLC densitometric method for simultaneous determination of L-Leucine and L-Valine was validated in respect to analytical parameters: selectivity, accuracy, precision, linearity. Accuracy was represented by the values of the degree of recovery (R) over bar (%) +/- SD: L-Leucine: 99.29 +/- 2.6 (L-200); 99.46 +/- 4.11 (L-250); 100.08 +/- 0.81 (L-300); L-Valine. 101.51 +/- 1,86 (V-80); 98.02 +/- 1.29 (V-95); 98.89 +/- 6.42 (V-150). Precision was estimated by the uncertainty of the result, determined by SD, RSD and (X) over bar divided by t.S (X) over bar: all data suit respective confidence interval. Regression curves and equations y = a.x + b show the proportional accordance between the area of spots and concentration C, with coefficient of regression (R-2) higher than 0.997.
