METHODOLOGY FOR THE PUBLICATION OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES IN INDEXED JOURNALS

In this investigation it was verified that most studies conducted on this topic during the last five years focus on proposing procedures for the selection of the journal, and methodological proposals on the publication of scientific articles were not found, that's why the objective of this work was to elaborate one methodology for the publication of scientific articles in indexed journals; therefore, it was necessary to carry out a thorough literature review on this topic, to use the main theoretical and empirical methods of investigation, and the experts' criteria for the theoretical and methodological validation of the methodology. A systematic, contextual and flexible methodology for the publication of scientific articles in indexed journals was elaborated, that is sustained on theoretical and methodological fundaments to solve the problems that this process presents at the moment. The theoretical and methodological relevancy of the methodology was corroborated through experts' criteria.
