摘要
Total Graphic Information System(TGIS) is a graphic infrastructure of Korea Airport Construction Authority(KOACA)'s information system for the visualization and integration of graphic and non-graphic information of Inchon International Airport(IIA). It includes various technologies such as CAD, GIS/FM, CAE, GPS, database, network, etc. The master plan of TGIS has been developed to decompose sub-systems and define their functions, to standardize graphic and non-graphic data, and to define specifications of hardwares, softwares, and networks. As a result of the master plan, KOACA developed a multi-year plan of TGIS implementation based on the construction progress and business requirements. An efficient and effective way of interfaces with other related airport information systems such as Integrated Information Control System(IICS) will also be defined in this system. Based on the analysis of typical airport operational functions and the benchmarkings of leading airports in the world. TGIS will be developed in 3 stages. Ultimately, a total of 34 subsystems will be developed with the emphasis on the construction management support at stage I, the facility management support at stage II, and the airport operation management support at stage III. The master plan will be a guideline to the successful TGIS implementation for IIA. Besides this master plan, several pilot systems have been developed to verify the validity of the master plan and to supply graphic information currently needed for the airport construction. The pilot systems include graphic database, compensation & property management system, 3D interference check system, construction management system, and an information management system for soil survey.
