摘要
Amorphous Fe2O3 nanoparticles of about 3-5 nm in size have been synthesized by microwave irradiation heating of an aqueous solution, containing ferric chloride, polyethylene glycol-2000 and urea. The Fe2O3 nanoparticles were characterized by the techniques of TEM, XRD, DSC, TGA and magnetization measurements. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
