摘要：
Big data brings opportunities to China's sea port logistics innovation management. Efficiency plays an important role in the modern sea port logistics, as various kinds of information can be collected, stored and analyzed by cloud cluster computer systems, which would make it reality to integrate massive multimode and multisource datasets. In this paper, the authors discuss the HOPE innovation model and 5PL sea port logistics mode to promote big data utilities in port logistics and business decision making. Finally, the management implication made by big data is discussed.
