Importance-Performance Analysis of e-Learning Technologies in Malaysian Higher Education

摘要
The focus of this study is to measure electronic learning technologies in Malaysian HEIs using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) model. The Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is a model with a two-dimensional grid (satisfaction rating and importance rating) is divided into four categories: (1) Concentrate Here; (2) Keep Up the Good Work; (3) Low Priority; and (4) Possible Overkill, to enable each of the e-Learning technology to be plotted into grid. It is a clear and powerful evaluation tool for Malaysia HEIs to make decision on what e-Learning technologies that are help and what e-Learning technologies that need to be improved, which require action immediately. E-Learning should be the most important agenda in each HEIs. The technologies developers and institution need to work together and in tandem to develop and optimize the e-Learning technologies.
