摘要
Employment Equity Programs (EEPs) are intended to increase the presence, hiring, and promotion of women in organizations. The effectiveness of EEPs has been limited however. Further, EEPs have been less effective for dual-status women (i.e., women who are also members of visible minorities) than for single-status women (i.e., white women without disabilities). Managerial and public policy implications are discussed.
