摘要：
Sanctions against administrative violations of occupational safety and health enable to enhance the responsibility of agencies, organizations, towards compliance with laws and jurisdiction of enterprises and organizations. This is an important "bridge" for organizations, enterprises to comprehend and comply with the laws on occupational safety and health (OSH) in practice. There is a necessity for evaluating the legal framework and the current situation of sanctions against administrative violations in this field with an aim of proposing solutions and recommendations.
