This paper introduces the role of Dalian in the "The Belt and Road Initiatives Initiatives" strategy, "The Belt and Road Initiatives" is analyzed under the background of the urgent need of inter-disciplinary talent with the strategy of "The Belt and Road Initiatives Initiatives", actively explore and improve the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and mode; To encourage and strongly support universities to open related majors, and to cultivate the "The Belt and Road Initiatives Initiatives" shortage of talents; We strongly support universities and research institutes to carry out research on the relationship between the countries of Eurasia and the region, and help Chinese enterprises to "Go Abroad".
