摘要
The contribution of the discipline of Design for the ambient assisted living come from the several declinations that design offers into similar branches of knowledge. The centrality of the user is the starting point to the innovation of some design sectors and his physical, psychological, social conditions too. In this context, the research proposed defining the characteristics proper of design that constitute it, then the possible evolution: The ambient assisted living setting systematization defining its design characters. The definition of different levels of intervention according to the components role that make up the main supports of AAL. The collection of some case studies proposing solutions in keeping with defined systemic grid. The vision of the user as being with an inevitable mental and physical decline that turns him into a social problem, is definitely an obsolete vision and never was true.
