摘要
Second harmonic generation in the visible has been successfully performed in helium implanted planar waveguides in 10 pm-periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) by using second order quasi-phase matching. The conversion efficiency was found to be 40% higher than that of the PPLN bulk crystal. (c) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
