摘要
The restorative and reinforcement coatings deposited by plasma methods used in repair due to operational conditions of the mechanisms and equipment are facing increasingly demanding requirements (abrasive wear, corrosion, temperature, pressure, velocity, chemical aggressiveness of environment, etc.). These and other conditions predetermine the purpose of the employment of these (wear-resistant) coatings. Based on the theory of hereditary elasticity, analytical dependences are derived that show the effect of residual stresses on the strength of adhesion of the coating to the substrate. A mathematical model is proposed that describes the effect of the temperature and time parameters of the plasma flow of the coating on the level of residual stresses in the plasma coatings. Experiments were conducted to determine the residual stresses in the coatings by testing the amplitude-phase frequency characteristics of metal in the surface layer of the component.
