The Problems and Countermeasures of Information Disclosure on Asset Backed Securitization

In order to effectively prevent credit risk of all participants of Asset Backed Securitization, and to help investors identify potential risks, it is necessary to establish true, accurate, complete and timely information disclosure system. In our country, information disclosure system on Asset Backed Seeuritization has been established. However there is a lot of problems to be solved, such as the lack of information sharing, inexact requirements of information disclosure, insufficiency of timeliness and integrality, and so on. The author has done the discussion from four aspects; building up a system of information sharing among departments and work units, improving the preciseness of rules language, perfecting the means or instrumentality of information disclosure, setting up a responsibility system of information disclosure, and hope to perfect information disclosure system on Asset Backed Securitization.
