摘要
This paper proposes a large-signal dynamic phasor (DP) model for the main circuit of the new emerging LCC-MMC HVDC hybrid system. The model is concise and compact, and provides convenient interfaces with the control systems and external electrical systems. A method for simultaneous solution of the DP model, the dynamics of the control systems and external electrical systems is suggested. Case studies considering transients subject to AC faults at LCC and MMC sides justify the effectiveness and rapidity of using DP in system analysis by comparing the results with the electromagnetic transient simulation. Also, the operating performance of the LCC-MMC HVDC system is revealed.
