HPLC Determination of Rhamnocitrin in Common Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.) Buds

摘要
An HPLC method for quantitative determination of rhamnocitrin in common horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.) buds was developed. The rhamnocitrin content in the buds varied from 0.34 +/- 0.02 to 0.45 +/- 0.02%. The error of a single determination of rhamnocitrin in the buds was +/- 5.88% with confidence probability 95%.
