Nowadays, people think fashion is the creation of personality, culture and the pursuit of the quality of life and the lifestyle. This is closely integrated to promoting fashion and sports. This paper mainly focuses on the health, quality of life that comes from fashion and sports, then sum up these three aspects. First, introducing the vigorous development of sports, the gradual breakdown of sports wear market and the expansion of sportswear consumer is to analyse the background of fashion trend of women sportswear. Second, sum up fashion trend of the women's sportswear. These include two aspects, for the style of women sportswear fashion trend, the modern woman sportswear are heading in personality, sexy look and elegance; for the design of women sportswear; integrating the sport elements and fashionable elements, study the style, color, combining functional fabrics and fashionable fabric of garment in the end, take domestic and international design as examples to explore the design of the future women' sportswear trends.
