Multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation for the block of product quality

摘要
Quality control has an important station in the process of production, but lots of corporations adopt feed-back control and concurrent control in controlling product quality, obviously, if accepting the idea of feed-forward control to control product quality, a corporation can improve the level of quality management greatly and gain the most profit on the market. Therefore, first of all, through flexible definition of the block of product quality, the article constructs a synthetic evaluation model to control the product quality by multi-level fuzzy method. Then, the article brings forward the calculating steps and measures. Finally, the article gives an example to illustrate how to use the model by researching on the management of embroidery product control of Shandong Charming Home-Textiles Co, and draws a conclusion that the model has a great effect on the quality control.
