The college entrance examination, as a baton, will guide students in training and development, and the project assessment in college entrance exam also plays a guidance role in physical development of young people. It is beyond doubt that the physical qualities of physical education students have been in the declining overall in recent years, which is consistent with the results of the article named "National Physical Fitness Test Showed the Decline of Youth Physical Qualities for 10 Consecutive Years". The article mentioned the decline of youth power quality in 10 consecutive years (1995-2005) and the decline of youth endurance in 20 consecutive years, which has great influence on students of physical education major, for the decline of physical quality hampers them to learn and master all the professional basic courses after their entering the university, and thus affects their employment for not owning a higher level of professional skills. Focusing on this phenomenon and using the form of discussion and investigation, the paper makes a detailed analysis on the Physical Education Students of our school who come from different sources all over the country. The paper holds that there are some differences in the current setting of sports Entrance in various provinces, and assessment projects can not fully demonstrate the student's physical fitness, and repeated assessment projects still exist and so on. The paper also makes a further analysis, and holds that such an unreasonable set of sports programs on college entrance examination has great influences on students' follow-up development, especially on their psychology, learning and employment, and overall physical development. Basing on the above analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions.
