摘要
Emergency materials collection, which directly related to the emergency logistics goals, is one of the important problems of emergency logistics system which is one of the most important emergency materials management after emergency materials demand forecast. This paper proposes the fuzzy decision making model of Emergency materials collection in the condition of using the normal inventory, gives the method of establishing fuzzy chance-constrained model for emergency material collection, and proposes an fuzzy simulation-based intelligent algorithm for solving the complicated optimization models. Finally, a numerical example shows that the method is valid.
