摘要：
The Motion Picture Experts Group (MPEG)-4 multimedia standard can provide moving images and sounds together with their computer-generated counterparts, whether on the Internet or low data-rate wireless devices, to adjusts themselves to suit the transmission rate and quality. The audio designer uses a language that promises compact-disk quality at extreme low data rates. The user can have a complete interactivity with any component of the multimedia.
