摘要：
Based on the intendment of knowledge and knowledge management, this paper discusses the knowledge management's contribution to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of technological innovation. The necessity feasibility of knowledge management in small and medium-sized technological enterprises (SMTEs) is argued as following At last, some suggestions and measures about how to do knowledge management in SMTEs are given.
