摘要
In China, the employment situation is becoming more and more severe. Therefore, China has called on mass innovation and entrepreneurship. Business Operation is a highly practical course in universities. However, in reality, it is often taught in lecture and undergraduates lack operational ability. Therefore, this paper develops a set of enterprise behavior simulation system to help more people start their own business and improve employment rate. Based on the Virtools platform and wirtual reality technology, the system uses 3Ds Max to model enterprise operation behavior. It develops an enterprise behavior simulation experimental system in integration of voice, animation and man-machine interaction, which provides a platform for undergraduates to conduct actual training. The experiment results show that the system can effectively help the undergraduates learn the rules of entrepreneurship, have a full understanding of knowledge in operating the business and effectively improve undergraduates' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
