摘要
The authors present the fabrication method and resonant properties of a flexible split-ring resonator (SRR) metamaterial structure at microwave frequencies. The structure is fabricated by chemical etching on a copper film glued on a thin low loss polymer substrate. The resonant properties using a single circular SRR between two monopole antennas were studied and compared with SRR fabricated on rigid circuit board. (C) 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
