摘要
Nowadays, difficult-to-take-a-taxi is a universal phenomenon on the present society. With the popularity of the Internet, the traditional method to take a taxi has been changed as the taxi-taking software and the bonus come into being. Whether the existing taxi-taking dilemma is alleviated has become a social hot spot. First of all, the paper builds up amodelto find the statistical indexes which reflect the traffic supply-and-demand situation. In this way, the data from the 8 domestic cities is chosen. After the model preprocesses the indexes, the space is classified into 3 regions-people-intensive region, vehicles-intensive regionand remote region- by using the principal component analysis. According to the statistics from references which show the taxi demand in different time segments, the coefficient of taxi-taking intervals can be calculated. Based on the matching degree in space and the coefficient of taxi-taking intervals, the model combines 2 dimensions (time and space) into an evaluation system, which evaluates the result by using the method of3 sigma to get the forewarn intervals. Ultimately, the paper chooses the city, WU HAN, to analyze the supply-and-demand relation in different times and regions. And the analysis shows that it is only during the peak time, weekends and holidays in people-intensiveregion that the supply is over demand, and the rest remains the supply-and-demand equilibrium, in accordance with the reality. Secondly, on the basis of the model's demand-and-supply allocation, the paper designs a formula composed of special taxies for seniors. As a matter of fact, the taxi-taking software leads to new challenge-it is more difficult for seniors to take taxies. Thus, the paper regards the seniors as the prior-supported objects to solve the challenge. Using the result of the model, the formula gets the number of unloaded taxies in different times and regions when supply is over demand, and makes these taxies serve as the special taxies for seniors. It uses the experience of airlines for reference, which has the 'frequent flyers plan', and designs a kind of VIP taxi card for aged parents and young people-a card for two accounts to exchange the young people's cumulative taxi mileages for the taxi bonus for their aged parents. Therefore, the formula not only helps support the vulnerable groups but also facilitates the young people's desire to consume under the circumstance without bonus, so as to exchange for the free opportunity for seniors to take taxi. Meanwhile, the companies who run the taxi-taking software would earn the profit.
