摘要：
Technologies and services available on the market for general use are not always accessible for everybody. Especially seniors and people with disabilities often face obstacles when using e-services within mainstream technologies offered to the general public and that are also accessible for elderly people and people with disabilities. Our research is clone within the 6th FP project MonAMI - Mainstreaming on Ambient Intelligence IST-5-0535147. Testing has been provided in the Feasibility and Usability centre at Technical university of Kosice. The paper describes a methodology of the initial phase that was devoted to existing services and technologies available on the Slovak market.
