摘要
The last century brought a new industrial revolution, which has been called Industry 4.0. which represents a digital transformation of what has been done so far, having a direct impact on the way organizations operate, which is on the path of the connectivity of internal processes with customers and suppliers that demand continuous improvement of efficiency and reliability. The 4RI has taken place under a climate of technology disruption, having among its flags the interconnection between the physical and digital environments, which has led companies to digitize their processes, to which the Supply Chain has not escaped, which is renewing and reinventing the way of proceeding, in a resilient and sustainable way, adding value to the consolidation of corporate objectives, through the adoption of artificial intelligence, robotic systems, internet of things systems, among others, with positive effects in management, unleashing a trend in industries that innovates an Intelligent Supply Chain policy. This essay is the result of an updated documentary review on the supply chain and the innovation of supply logistics processes. After an exhaustive exploration of the reality of supply chains 4.0, the benefits offered by technological practices were observed, focused on the rapid economic and competitive benefits, as well as the need for companies to adapt to these new practices.
