摘要：

Petroleum industry is the biggest industry in today's international society. Evaluating petroleum industrial competitiveness objectively and accurately is very important for strategic planning and positioning of Chinese petroleum industry. Domestic and overseas research of industrial competitiveness evaluation was summarized in this paper, and the principles of evaluation index design were generalized according to the characteristics of petroleum industry, too. Then the evaluation index system of oil industrial international competitiveness was created from current competitiveness, potential competitiveness and environmental factors which reflected the comprehensive strength from static and dynamic aspects. The evaluation index system can be used as measure norms when we evaluate the international competitiveness of petroleum industry.
