The Empirical Analysis on the Current Situation of Rural Human Capital Investment-A Survey to Shaoxing

A survey made in Shaoxing city of Zhejiang province shows that based on a broad perspective of the farmers at present, the rural human resources training attains certain attention and investment from the government and pays attention to both the training forms and the actual effects with the help of the training institutions with some stability. In the future, the status quo of rural human resources training can be further improved by bettering the setting of training time and training courses, attracting more governmental investment and stimulating the related enterprises' enthusiasm to participate in the training of human resources in rural areas.
