摘要
In the era of big data, tourist hotels should be equipped with the consciousness of competitive intelligence (CI), and grasp the key points of CI, then set up an efficient but simple framework of CI collecting, analyzing and using. On the base of four-staged process for enterprise CI and the characteristics of hospitality industry, a framework of CI in hotels is proposed in this paper. This hotel CI framework consists of two parts, i.e. CI collection and application systems. And the collection system should focus on the competitive environment, competitors and hotel's own business. After setting up Cl system, hotels should enforce the management of Cl staff and equipment. In big data era, better maintenance of Cl system will help the hotel managers to make wiser decisions by supporting them with scientific, overall and timely data.
