摘要：

Recently China's income distribution pattern is not reasonable, urban residents' income gap is becoming more and more seriously, and the polarization in income levels is also growing. This paper, starting from the income distribution pattern, tends to point out the main factors influencing China's urban residents' income disparity by quantitative analysis. The main factors are physical capital, power capital and human capital. Meanwhile, we have some useful suggestions. This article can be considered as a very useful view both in theory and reality.
