Glass formation and transport properties of glasses in the CuI-PbI2-As2Se3 system

摘要
The glass formation region in the ternary CuI-PbI2-As2Se3 system is determined. For the glasses in this system, the total electric conductivity is studied, and the electronic component of the conductivity is measured. The transport properties of the glasses are investigated by experiments on the Ag-110m isotope diffusion. The influence of PbI2 on the glass network is discussed.
