Human resources have become a major component of performance in all areas and at all levels of organization. The education and training of human resources contributes to the process of development of an organization, considering that the investments in education and training generate benefits both for individuals and for the organization. The investment in human capital contributes significantly to increase productivity and represents an attractive investment compared to other investments.
