摘要：

International theory research and practice showed that it is the ultimate way to resolve the problems of the migrant workers through the citizenization of most of them. This paper made an empirical analyses on the migrant workers citizenization form the perspective of the formal system,probed into the key factors that affects the desire tendency of the migrant workers' citizenization, put forward some innovation countermeasures on the migrant workers' citizenization.
