摘要：
The Internet has shown its important influence on Chinese Taipei higher education environment for years. Most students in Universities and Colleges are accessing to the Internet daily. Chinese Taipei TANet BBS systems have provided a really good public forum for students from anywhere to discuss and learn after class without time and distance barriers. Some Universities even provide cross-university taking courses program for distance learning by deploying the ISDN as well as ATM networks.
