摘要：
Via the empirical analysis on the degree of diversification and the performance of Chinese 19 tourism listed companies, this paper concludes as a general rule that the performance of the listed companies with both formation of diversity and tourism internal diversification reduced while the degree of diversification increased. The ability to resist risks of the single-business companies is weak.
