Distributed collaborative process analysis for virtual project teams

摘要：
This paper presents a distributed collaborative process methodology to analyze appropriate process areas and effectively integrate distributed collaborative practices and technologies into selected project activities. This methodology includes: diagramming process interactions, process inefficiency analysis, and application of collaborative process catalysts. In order to assist in the analysis of collaborative process activities, a graphical notation called Collaborative Dynamics Symbology (CDS) is introduced. Rapid prototyping project activities are used to demonstrate selected steps of this methodology.
