Factors of crashworthness and injury on objects of oil-and-gas sector are given, The level of the international harmonization of standards in the field of mechanical engineering is considered. It is marked, that for creation of the modern technical legislation in undertime, allocated for reform of technical regulation, it is necessary first of all rationally to dispose of working technical norms, rules and national standards.
