摘要
The transport processes of nitrogen ions ( N+, N-2(+), ) in the cathode sheath of a nitrogen glow discharge have been studied by using a hydrokinetics model which includes the consideration of momentum transfer between ions and neutral molecules. The variations of ion and electron concentrations, the sheath potential and the electrical field strength along the cathode sheath have been investigated under different gas pressures and initial ion proportions.
