摘要
The surface and interface between anodic oxide film and aluminum substrate have been studied by AES, HREM and TEM. The anodic oxide film of aluminum formed in sulfuric acid electrolyte has porous structure and the main composition is amorphous Al2O3, the sulfate exists in the whole film, and enriches between cells of the film. There is a transition layer (thickness: similar to 6nm), which consists of oxides and aluminum ion between anodic oxide film and aluminum substrate. The presence of this transition layer causes the expansion of the interface and increases the adhesion strength between anodic oxide film and aluminum substrate.
