摘要
This paper deals with proposing an inspection plan framework for serial manufacturing system with multiple objectives. The proposed framework supports decision making during Monitoring Inspection (MI) and Conformity Inspection (CI) design. It provides a multiobjective mathematical model to find the optimal inspection plan by considering the location, the type of inspection (MI and CI) and the frequency of the inspection as decision variables. The objective functions in this model are formulated to minimize both manufacturing cost and time. In order to solve the model, a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm version II (NSGA-II) is used. To validate the proposed model and the solution approach, a numerical experiment is carried out on a real industrial case.
