摘要
Aim at the actual requirements and product assembly characteristics from a certain manufacturing enterprise, an assembly process information management system is designed and developed by the model-based definition (MBD) technology. Product assembly process is analyzed, and MBD information model of assembly process is constructed. The UG Open API and Visual C++ are chosen as the base platform and programming language environment for the system development. The design work of the system is completed, and recognition and extraction method of MBD information of assembly process is also established. Concept model design of database is implemented, and data storage tables are built. Using the Microsoft SQL Server as the database management system, the integration with a workshop information management system is realized on the basis of completing the system implementation. The quality of process design of product assembly and the efficiency of workshop assembly production are effectively improved.
