A 71-year-old man was evaluated and treated with prostate artery embolization (PAE) for lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia. Appropriate patient selection, workup, and expected treatment outcomes for PAE are discussed. (C) RSNA, 2022
