摘要
The growth of influence of multinational corporations is one of the general phenomena of globalization. This trend has become significantly evident also in the Czech Republic in particular for the period of the last two decades. The entry of large multinational corporations into the existing Czech enterprises, and incorporation of new enterprises being in the ownership of these corporations, has undoubtedly a positive impact on economic growth that was achieved by Czech economy within this period. However, besides numerous positives this phenomenon brings numerous problems as well. The essence of the prepared research is an analysis of processes ongoing in the area in question, namely for the purpose of deeper recognition of their regularities and search of methods how to increase positive effects and reduce negative effects. The research should focus on those multinational corporations and those companies having their registered seats in the Czech Republic that are, regarding the impact on our economy, considered dominant, respectively they reflect the facts significant in connection with the topic in question.
