摘要
An ultra-wideband antenna is designed for breast tumor detection, which operates at 5Ghz frequency range. From the simulation results, the best return loss of -40.32 dB is obtained at 5.2GHz. Moreover, the large bandwidth obtained is 3.46GHz with respect to -10dB. Antenna is simulated with/without tumor to obtain the E-field, H-field, and SAR values. From the simulations, the E-field value are 12667 v/m for non-tumor and 13270 v/m for tumor. The H-field values are 60.9 A/m for non-tumor and 60.6 A/m for tumor. The SAR values obtained were 0.208 w/kg for non-tumor and 0.206 w/kg for with tumor.
