Simulation of the Cutting off Sugarcane-leaf and Returning with Flexible Cutter

摘要：
For researching the effect of sugarcane-leaf cutting-off and returning machine, process of the flexible cutter was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The simulation found that cutting off the sugarcane-leaf needed whipping the leaf several times. The stress of cutting of the vein was larger than the leaf blade's. Compared PA66, fluorubber and wire rope cutters' returning effect, the simulation found that the wire rope and PA66 cutter met the returning operation. The result of the simulation contributed to improving the machine performance.
