摘要：
Application of lasers in surgery have developed considerably during the second half of the 20(th) century. A large number of different lasers (CO2, Nd:YAG, KTP,..) and different applications (cutting, vaporization, tissue welding, interstitial therapy) were employed in all surgical specialities. Future perspectives include smaller and more flexible systems and in times of cutbacks in financal resources more costeffectivness.
