摘要
There is frequently failure in the diagnosis and management of gastrcesophageal reflux (GERD) regardless of the age of onset. The discussion based upon the clinical observations presented below should prompt doctors in every medical specialty to be more aware of multiform variants, which can be misleading. Diagnosis is particularly difficult in atypical cases that mimic or complicate allergic symptoms. Therapeutic management of GERD is necessary to improve respiratory, cutaneous and digestive symptoms. The six clinical cases presented herein by a multidisciplinary team of allergists clearly illustrate such situations. (C) 2017 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
