摘要
Indonesia is a country that has its own characteristics. As a multicultural country, the position of cultures that live in Indonesia is born from the smallest society that is in rural communities. The birth of the system and the building of the people of Indonesia can not be separated from the village community based on the system of togetherness in running his life. It is therefore necessary to have formal recognition of the village community as the basis of the Indonesian society that exists today. Formally, through Law no. 6 Year 2014 About the Village, the village is recognized existence and the government provides a special budget for the village to be managed independently by the village government elements with the community as an effort to empower the prosperous village community by using the principles of good governance in its management to the prosperous village community. Increase in village funds reaches 50% from 2015 to 2016, a proper system of management and monitoring of village funds is required. This study analyzes the perspectives of village community empowerment to become a well-balanced society with a sense of accountable village budget management and using normative research.
