摘要：
Reaction of adamantyl bromomethyl ketone with 2-aminopyridines (2a-j) and 2-amino-pyrimidines (3a-d) gave adamantane substituted imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine and imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives. Selected compounds (4a and 5a) were subject of antimicrobial examination.
