Clinical study on effect of jiaqiganxian granule in treating liver fibrosis with chronic hepatitis B

摘要：
The clinical effect of jiaqiganxian granul (JQGXG) on anti-liver fibrosis was studied. 228 patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into 2 groups randomly. Based on the method of muticenter, randomized, double-blinded, the levels of serum HA, LN, P III NP, IV, clinical symptoms, serum biochemical parameters and pathological changes of liver tissues were observed before and after treatment. The results show: the levels of liver fibrosis serum, clinical symptoms and serum biochemical parameters are improved significantly, and pathological examination of 30 cases shows the fibrous tissues reduce in JQGXG group. JQGXG has a effect on anti-liver fibrosis and also a stable effect and good securing.
